I think the 100 calorie pack is one of the greatest marketing ploys ever developed. And I have to admit that I fall for it every time. Though I am very thankful because I can have my cake and eat it too with out any guilt! Today I even ate Hostess Cupcakes! I have not had a hostess cupcake in years!
So this is a thank you to who ever it was that came up with the idea. And quite frankly I think you are a genius.

How does this add up for LA Weight Loss?
It doesn't exactly match the plan but I just count it as a starch. Plus right now I am more mantaining than losing weight anyway.
