Christmas Train Wreck!!!

Today was my last Christmas program that I had to do. The other two went very well and I was so proud of the kids. Tonight I am still proud of the kids however not so proud of myself. For starters I didn't go down and check the sound system when I got there, BIG mistake. When the choir got there to sing I had to set up the sound system and stupid me couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Then for some reason the soundtrack sounded terrible!! The music was all distorted and if I tried to do anything about it the whole thing just stopped playing all together. So we continued with distorted sounding music. Then in one of the songs I messed up the verse and reversed the parts. Thank God the kids followed me and never missed a beat. I was so proud of my honor choir after all the mess ups that were caused by me they still sang beautifully. We can't get it right every time!
