Okay so I admit I have this strange addiction to taking personality tests. Even though they always turn out basically the same I always enjoy reading about myself. Geocaching!!!

In the midst of all the fun this last weekend I ended up picking up a new hobby, Geocaching. If you have never gone it is like a grown up version of hide and seek. People hide caches in many different locations and then put their coordinates online. Then if you have a GPS navigator you can get the coordinates and the hunt is on. Some of the caches are pretty tricky and even contain puzzles or riddles that you have to figure out in order to find the cache. Once you find one there may simply be a piece of paper for you to log that you found it or there may be small trinkets. You may even find collectible coins or travel bugs that are meant to be moved from one cache to another. If you want to know more visit www.geocaching.com.

On Friday the 22 both of my brothers, my dad, my two nephews, my niece Janae, my parent's two foster girls, and myself all joined in on the adventure. It was so much fun traipsing through different parts of Claremore and hunting for our "hidden treasure." Our last cache was a multiple, meaning you had to find 4 other caches to gain access to the actually cache. As we started down the trail that was going to take us on a 1.5 mile trek, we heard thunder in the distance. We decided to forge on and just barely made it to the final cache before it started pouring down rain. We had to hide out for a while in a greenhouse that was near by.

All of us crammed into the greenhouse. Thank goodness the storm blew by pretty quickly. Though we still got pretty wet on our way back to the cars.


I had so much fun that I decided to purchase my own GPS navigator. Today I went Geocaching on my own around Lake Fayetteville. I managed to find two. There was a third one I was going to try for but there were to many other people around. Plus where it was located it would have looked like I was trying to search some peoples cars. So I am going to try for that one later in the week.

LOST

What is going on??? I was beginning to like Juliet and she had won me over. I figured she hated Ben and you know there is quite a bit of sexual tension between her and Jack. So what is up with her taking orders from Ben and going back to the camp with Jack? What in the heck are they doing? I bet Ben promised her that she could go home still if she helped them out. But still come on I thought she hated the guy! But then again I guess he did cure her sister. But what is up with them making Clare sick. Now you wonder did she really have a problem with the baby or not?

And where the heck is Locke? I would like to know how on earth his dad ended up on the island. I guess they took his dad with them where ever they went. Come on now quit leaving me hanging!

I guess really that is the entire point of the show and the reason I have been addicted since day one. And even though I hated having to wait until February I am thankful for no reruns!!!

I Didn't Make It!!

So I couldn't live without my Internet. I have been checking my e-mail on my cell phone all week. And now I have broke down and come over to my brother's house. I am an Internet junkie! This is just a reality I am going to have to come to accept!

HELP!!

I don't know how I am going to survive this week! It is spring break and I am hanging out at my sisters house. When I arrived I discovered that they decided to get rid of their Internet connection! I am such an e-mail addict this is going to be sooo hard for me. It is only Tuesday and I had to drive 30 minutes to my parents house to get my Internet fix.

This is pretty bad. I am going though Internet withdraws!! So I am going to go cold turkey the rest of the week. So when you don't hear from me for a few days I am still alive!

I left for St. Louis on Wednesday evening so I missed my show, LOST. I admit it is another one of my addictions and I love the fact that there will be no reruns for the rest of the season. Before I left I made sure my DVR was all set up and ready to record so I wouldn't miss a thing. Well this morning as I go and sit down to watch it I discover that the Razorback Basketball game cut twenty minutes into the show.

So I go ahead and watch the beginning but the last 20 minutes were gone. Then I remembered that ABC puts all of the episodes up on the web and you can watch them for free. So I quickly went to ABC.com and finished up my show. That made me very happy! So I just wanted to thank ABC for allowing me to keep up my addition to LOST even when the local stations mess everything up.

An E-mail Addiction

My name is Kelly and I have an e-mail addiction. I swear if I am near a computer I can't go 20 minutes without checking my e-mail. I don't know why. It is not like I have a bazillion e-mails everyday that are actually worth while. Maybe only 20 but still I can't stand to know there is something in my inbox that I haven't looked at yet.

And now I fear this e-mail addiction has grown into a Myspace/Blogger addiction. I check my Myspace page 500 times a day as well. And then just look at how many posts I have had in the last two months compared to the last two years. This is getting out of hand!!

So all of you people out there who read my blog but never comment here is your chance. Help me! How do I break my e-mail/Myspace/Blogger addiction. Of course if I stop with my blogger addiction what entertaining exploits are you going to read about everyday???

New Addiction and Sad News

So yesterday I got a new cell phone. I have had my old one for two years and it was so far behind the times that you couldn't even download ringtones. So yesterday I spent 2 hours searching and downloading ringtones. It is quite additive. Plus, I am a dork and have to have everyone in a call group so they can have their own rings.

Sad news, I just learned that one of the Whale Sharks at the Georgia Aquarium died. I just saw him 2 weeks ago. It was a magnificent animal. They still have one male and two females but I was quite shocked to think that I just saw him and now he is gone.

Okay, I have too much time on my hands on a Friday night. All of my close friends moved out of the country or at least to another city that is not close by. Lost

In my personal opinion Lost is the best television show ever created. Okay it is a little strange but it is very intriguing. It is the only Television show that I make plans around. Wednesday's at 8:00 I am at home and you better not call during that time because I sure won't answer. I have always loved a mystery and adore CSI. But honestly after you watch an episode of CSI you don't need to watch it again you pretty much saw everything there was to see. Now with Lost I think I could watch every episode 10 times and still not catch all of the little things they add in the background. Like a couple of episodes ago some one was drinking from a milk carton and the carton had a picture of Walt on it or the shark that was swimming around Sawyer and Michael had the same symbol as the uniforms they found in the underground bunker. This is the only TV series I want to own.

Anyway that is just my two cents about the greatest written TV series, in my book anyway. Of course my book isn't very large I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but you know where I will be every Wednesday night at 8:00 this season.
