My roommate Kathy has a friend who likes to make up holidays. So yesterday we celebrated one of those, Taco Nation Day. Basicly all you have to do to celebrate is go out and eat tacos but if you are a host you have to wear the lovely yellow sash. It was only the two of us but we had fun and the tacos are good. Acombaro has be best tacos de asada in town!!
