An Amazing Spring Break!

This week has been wonderful so far. This has defiantly been a play in the park kind of week.

Sunday: Played in the park with Janae and Gail in Fayetteville
Monday: Played in the park with Kallie and Chris in Broken Arrow
Tuesday: Didn't play in the park but went for a walk and went to mom and dad's house
Wednesday: Played in the park with Kai (more about that later)
Today: Played in the park with Janae, Kallie, Brian, Gail, and Chris.

It has been so much fun having two year olds around. You know you always do things in public that you normally wouldn't do. Well except I still swing on the swings and play on the slide even without little kids around.

Now some of you may be wondering "Who is Kai?" Kai took me out on Wednesday night and I had an amazing time. I would have to say it was the best first date I have ever been on, and I am not just saying that because I know he is going to read this.

We went and ate at Memories of Japan, one of my favorite restaurants. Then we went to the park and played this French game. I don't remember what it is called but basically you throw a little orange ball and then you have to throw 1 pound steel balls, under handed with your palm down, the person who gets closest to the orange ball wins that round. We didn't keep score but Kai defiantly beat me all the way around. Then we played on the swing set. I like a guy who will swing with me on the swing set and he did a very impressive back flip off of the swing as well. I wasn't going to try that one. After the park we went to Custard King, custard is as good as Shake's but the toppings need a little work. Then we sat in the car and talked for a while. I had so much fun, and you know you are relaxed around someone when the conversation naturally flows into talking about bodily functions. (No pun intended)

So needless to say this has been a great spring break so far. Even though they have predicted rain everyday it has hardly rained at all! Which makes playing in the park much more fun. Now I am off to go shopping yet again!

P.S. Thanks to my sister for proof reading over my shoulder right now. And I will have some pictures up next week from all the fun we have been having!
