So the dogs aren't outside. But I did manage to get them into the garage with the help of my roommate. Plus I felt bad about putting them out because it is still pouring outside!
I guess we will see if I can get them out in the morning considering my car can't leave the garage with them in there!

So how did it go in the morning??? I kept checking back to see the latest in the dog soap at Kelly's, but nothing. I hope its not because they locked you in the bathroom and won't let you out and you've been in there for days!! Do I need to come rescue you?
