Talk about being thrown back into the real world. After being in Hondruas for a week I turned around and drove 5 1/2 hours to St. Louis. I have a good friend who lives there and invited me to join her in seeing Les Miserables at the Fox Theater. Even though I was extreamly tired from the trip it was well worth it.

I arrived in St. Louis at 6 on Satruday night and we went to the Muny and watched a production of Gypsy. I really enjoyed the show, of course I enjoy all musicals. It was great fun even though we were in the very back and could hardly see. I didn't realize the song "Everything Coming Up Roses" came from that show. It was a good show.

However, Les Miserable blew Gypsy out of the water. I have known the music forever but have never been able to see the show. It was well worth my time just to go into the Fox Theater and the show just made the trip amazing. I was completly mezmorized the entire time show. The set was amazing as well. The rotating stage made going from scean to scean seem seamless. I loved the music before but now I am in love with the whole production. Maybe oneday I will get a chance to see it on Broadway.
