This has been a very busy, yet very good week! So just to get you caught up here are a few things going on.
Jayden has been released from the hospital!! They are still in the furnished housing next to the hospital for a few more weeks but life is starting to get back to normal for my cousin and her family. God has worked a miracle in little Jayden's life and I know that he has great plans for her little life. Please keep them all in your prayers, and if your near Pryor, Oklahoma this weekend you can stop by the benefit concert they are having for her!
Other news, my roommate Whitney graduates from the U of A this Saturday! She has been such a blessing to me this year. It was totally God who brought us together especially since the first time we ever talked was the day she moved in! So needless to say she is leaving this Saturday which will be sad but at the same time very exciting. I will have yet another friend overseas working for the Lord come July!
So if anyone know of a single christian female between 20 and 30 or so let me know. I will be needing someone to move in soon! I know God will provide yet again but it helps to get the word out.
I have also been crazy busy with the kindergarten program, end of the school year stuff, and the beginning of summer camp stuff. I have been exhausted from all the work, I was actually very thankful for Kathy this morning because she woke me up since I slept through my alarm clock!
Though life has been a bit crazy and I am hitting the uncertain part of life that includes hunting down roommates yet again, not my favorite past time. A friend reminded me of a verse that was so fitting.
"Therefore do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do no sow or reap, they have no store room or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?"
Luke 12:22-26
No matter what may come I trust that Jesus is Lord and he is in control. God is so amazingly good! There is none like Him!
